WASHINGTON (The Daily Strawberry) – President Obama ordered a full investigation today into who made and distributed a series of photoshopped photos making fun of his role as spy-in-chief, White House sources said today.
“The president does not appreciate this kind of juvenile humour and would rather the people thank him for the major task it is to spy on 310 million Americans and 6.7 billion foreigners,” a source said on condition of anonymity as she was not authorised to speak to the media.
“The president feels the public is mocking him lately, and to be honest he is hurt by it,” the source said. “Obama had expected that he would be applauded because unlike Bush, Obama is a nice guy. The latest round of late-night-comedy mockery and jokes being passed around the internet therefore is unfair to the president, who feels the public does not respect his sincerity anymore.”
The president ordered the National Security Agency (NSA) to find the origin of the online joke about him, darkly hinting that Guantanamo Bay is still open for business.
The NSA investigation, however, was shut down when the agency traced the photoshopped joke to an IP address belonging to The Office of the First Lady at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington.
